Chrome Ore
As the pioneer of Chrome Ore trade and export in Pakistan, we are currently one of the country’s largest exporters of the product.
Our Mines
To ensure the highest standards of production and delivery, we engaged ourselves in Chrome Ore mining operations in Wad (Baluchistan) in 2010 in order to develop an uninterrupted Chrome Ore supply-chain. Initially, three open-pit mines and a tunnel operation were developed.

Achievements
Since last 10 years Pacific Exim holds largest exporter position in exports of chrome ore from Pakistan.
Fertilizers
We have been successfully involved in the trade of fertilizer for over seventeen years and rank amongst the top five private importers of DAP- Di-Ammonium Phosphate Fertilizer in the country. We also regularly participate in tender s by Government of Pakistan through TCP (Trade Corporation of Pakistan). Pacific Exim also deal in NP- Nitrophos Fertilizer, MOP- Muriate of Potash Fertilizer and SOP-Sulphate of Potash Fertilizer. Our distribution channels augment the competitive advantage in the fertilizer market allowing availability of our brand nationwide.
Barket DAP:
This fertilizer contains 18%N and 46%p205. It is water soluble. The material is light brown in colour, granular and free flowing. It leaves an acidic effect in the soil after nitrification of ammonium (NH4+).
Barket NP:
These fertilizers are also called Ammonium Nitrate Phosphates. In Pakistan these are known as Nitrophos and contain 23% and 23% p205. Half the N is in ammonia Cal form and the other half is in nitrate form. The water solubility of phosphorous in 23-23-0 grade is normally more than 70 percent.
Barket MOP:
Potassium Chloride (commonly referred to as Muriate of Potash or MOP) is the most common potassium source used in agriculture, accounting for about 95% of all potash fertilizers used worldwide. Its nutrient composition is approximately: Potassium 50%, Chloride 46%.
Barket MOP:
Has a high nutrient concentration and is therefore relatively price competitive with other forms of potassium. The chloride content of MOP can also be beneficial where soil chloride is low. Recent research has shown that chloride improves yield by increasing disease resistance in crops. In circumstances where soil or irrigation water chloride levels are very high, the addition of extra chloride with MOP can cause toxicity. However, this is unlikely to be a problem, except in very dry environments, since chloride is readily removed from the soil by leeching.
Barket SOP:
SOP is available as a white crystalline salt or in granular form and contains 48 to 52% K20 and 18% of Sulphur. It is soluble in water. In Pakistan this is the only potassium fertilizer which is recommended for all crops. Globally its use is limited to certain crops, which are sensitive to chloride, such as tobacco, potato, fruits and vegetable. It is also preferred in soils where chloride accumulation can be a problem.

Corn
Pakistan’s total corn production lies between 8-12 Million MT per annum out of which almost 60 % is used for local animal feed and 40 % is used in food products and export. We started the export of corn in 2009 and now export up to 10,000 MT per annum, mainly to Asia and Africa.
Wheat
Trade of wheat in Pakistan is regulated by the Government which exports surplus quantities but also allows the private sector to export wheat to Global markets under its supervision. With the support of our warehousing facilities and logistical management services we export wheat to the global markets, which over time has allowed us to become one of the top three exporters of wheat from Pakistan. When there is a shortfall in local supplies, we have the ability to perform wheat import operations as well.
